In this short contribution Magali Eben explores how competition law is a tool to reach sustainability goals and she (re)considers the wisdom of our enduring belief in the competitive market.
Dr Magali Eben joined the University of Glasgow as a Lecturer in Competition Law in August 2019. She previously taught EU and UK Competition Law, as well as European Union Law (in particular EU citizenship and freedom of movement), at the University of Leeds, during her time as PhD student.
She holds a bachelor and master’s degree in law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium) and LLM from the University of Leeds (in comparative corporate and financial law).
